Morgan MacDonald
Morgan was called to the bar in Ontario in 2005 and has acted for policy holders and insurers ever since.
Morgan has carriage of first party claims as well as tort files of various exposures, specializing in the defence of motor vehicle, property/casualty, products liability, homeowner’s and general liability insurance claims. He also acts for insurers in subrogated claims. He has appeared at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and at private arbitration and various tribunals. He takes a practical approach to matters and asks “what’s the problem, what’s the solution” in order to achieve desired results for his clients.
